“What a dream it is to work with Kaylee! She met me exactly where I was -- focusing on creative design concepts that helped me find my design vision. She asked the right questions to get to the underlying purpose of each "idea" I had, so that we spent our time focused on things that would most bring my vision to life. Her ability to strike balance between giving me space to explore my thoughts and providing insightful ideas was remarkable. I also loved that while she shared ideas, she explained her line of thinking as to why (I learned a lot just from spending time with her!) It's delightful to have someone in your space committed to what's possible - from color to construction to conceptualizing to helping me determine practical next steps, it's been so comforting and fun to have Kaylee on my team and gives me confidence that we can achieve my dream space.

We've worked on things like: designing my office & art space and building a custom desk (massively under budget), gallery wall, hanging art around the house, designing & concepting my living room and patio. One neat example of how Kaylee works was my living room space - I casually mentioned that folks seem to sit at my table rather than my couch -- and that I wasn't sure why or how to swap that. I also had budget to buy new pieces for my living room if we needed, but Kaylee ingeniously repurposed existing pieces, rearranged items and achieved precisely the atmosphere I had in mind...and now...I think of Kaylee when folks come into my home and naturally sit on the couch! It's a great example of her unique talent to curate elements you already own to refresh a space to feel fresh, organic and warm. I love my space and my heartfelt gratitude goes to Kaylee for her expertise bringing my ideas to life!”

We came in with just the knowledge that our small awkward space wasn't working for us (2 people working from home in a one bedroom apartment). Kaylee was able to talk us through our goals and help us to create a vision for a new layout on the first call. She was very conscious of our existing furniture and could get an excellent feel for the space with just a couple photos and some dimensions. Kaylee had suggestions for almost every room in the apartment.
